Garage Package includes easy to follow blueprints. Your site plan
along with these blueprints provide all the information that you
will require to obtain your building permit.

Top quality K.D. spruce lumber for all framing members. Studs at
16" O.C. |
Shingles:
3-tab asphalt shingles with residential standard 20 year warranty.

Sheathing:
Sturdy O.S.B. panels provide strength and stability - 3/8" walls
& 7/16" roof. |
Soffit
& Fascia:
Residential quality aluminum soffit, fascia, and channel - standard. |
Doors:
Steel insulated entry door supplied. Overhead steel insulated door also
standard. |
Windows:
Residential quality double-glazed P.V.C. fixed windows. 1 in single, 2
in double - sliders available. |
Trusses:
Custom built for each package to your specifications in Challenger's
Truss plant. |
Hardware:
All nails and hardware are supplied with each package. |
